Tracy, I highly enjoy your workouts. I have them all. Their tough as nails, and I'm so grateful that I did them - when I'm done. I think your artwork is beautiful. I love all the color. I saw alot of children in them, do you have kids. I have 4, and I don't care how many I have - I love a rock hard body. YOur workouts are my favorites for that!
